This fully automatic submachine gun fired as normal before it was deactivated. It is therefore an original weapon and definitely not a replica. Replica weapons are prohibited in the Netherlands, by the way. EU-DECO weapons, however, with certificate are allowed for anyone 18 years and older.

Made in the Czech Republic, this fully automatic shooting pistol fires cartridges in .380 ACP. That is a 9 mm bullet with a 17 mm sleeve and is also called 9 mm short. So not to be confused with a 9 mm parabellum / 9 mm Luger / 9 x 19, as that cartridge has a sleeve length of 19 mm.
This fully automatic firing submachine gun has a movable fire selector, which allows the weapon to be put on safe. On single shot mode and, of course, on full auto. The magazine, which holds 20 cartridges, is removable. The trigger and bolt can move and the shoulder rest can be folded in and out. The metal silencer is detachable, after which the shoulder rest can be folded. This weapon is very popular with governments because it is so small. It is also popular with criminals for the same reason. This weapon is of no use to these target groups at all. For the purchase of EU-DECO weapons, a clearly legible copy of a valid identity document (ID card, driver's license or passport) must be sent to verify the age of the buyer.
